Section 969A(d) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16298a(d) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this section— $54,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; and $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2031. .
