The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall conduct a study on the effect of toilet wipes marketed as flushable on municipal water systems and residential plumbing systems. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report on the study conducted under subsection (a).
