Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health shall— conduct a study and submit to Congress a report on the impact of the legalization of recreational cannabis by States on the workplace; and develop best practices for use by employers that are transitioning their policies related to the use of recreational cannabis, prioritizing the development of best practices for employers engaged in Federal infrastructure projects, transportation, public safety, and national security.
