The Interagency Task Force shall meet at least on an annual basis until the date on which the Interagency Task Force is terminated under section 405, to evaluate the activities being carried out by each State receiving a grant under this Act and impact of those activities on employers, incumbent workers, and jobseekers, including the effectiveness of such activities— in keeping workers employed in high-quality jobs; in helping workers transition smoothly to high-quality, in-demand jobs during economic disruption; in improving business resiliency during economic disruption; and in expanding the number of jobs available in high-quality, in-demand industry sectors and occupations.
