Section 4 of the War Powers Resolution ( 50 U.S.C. 1543 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Each report submitted under subsection

(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex. The unclassified portion of each report submitted under subsection

(a)shall be made available to the public. .
