Section 4012(b)(2) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9050(b)(2) ) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2021 . Section 4013(a)(1) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9051(a)(1) ) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting January 1, 2022 . Section 4014(b)(2) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9052(b)(2) ) is amended by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting January 1, 2023 .
