Section 1651 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The requirements of this section shall apply in full to the Department of the Navy, including the Sharkcage and associated programs. . Not later than January 1, 2021, the Secretary of the Navy, the program manager of the Unified Platform program, the Chief Information Officer, and the Principal Cyber Advisor shall jointly brief the congressional defense committees on the compliance of the Department of the Navy with the requirements of such section, as amended by paragraph (1).
