Subsection
(e)of section 2802 is deemed to read as follows: Of the amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2021 as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of the Air Force may expend not more than $15,000,000 for the purposes of planning and design to support the projects described in subsection (a). The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2021 for military construction for the Air Force is hereby increased by $15,000,000, with the amount of the increase to be designated to Air Force, Unspecified Worldwide Locations, Planning and Design. The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2021 for operation and maintenance for the Army is hereby reduced by $15,000,000, with the amount of the reduction to be derived from subactivity group 421, Servicewide Transportation. .
