Section 2809(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting and annually thereafter, after this Act, ; and in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking the report and inserting a report ; and in subparagraph (B), by inserting in which the project is included before the period at the end.
