Section 6312 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended by striking subsections
(e)through
(i)and inserting the following: Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, the Director of National Intelligence shall develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for the intelligence community information technology environment. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, the Director of National Intelligence shall develop and maintain a business plan to implement the long-term roadmap required by subsection (e). .
