The Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1471 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall carry out a program under this section for the construction of multifamily rental housing projects financed with a loan under section 515 and with rental assistance provided under section 521 for low-income families in rural areas. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this section $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030. .
