Section 416 of the Assets for Independence Act ( 42 U.S.C. 604 note) is amended by striking $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003, and inserting $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030, . An amount equal to 10 percent of the funds appropriated under section 416 of the Assets for Independence Act ( 42 U.S.C. 604 note) in a fiscal year shall be set aside and transferred to the Restorative Housing Justice Fund established under section 113(h).
