Section 3116 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: In carrying out this section, the Secretary shall assist in making available and promote job training and resources that— are provided by nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, Native American (as defined in section 3765 of this title) governments and organizations, and Federal, State, and local governments; and relate to creative industries and occupations, as defined in section 3 of the Promoting Local Arts and Creative Economy Workforce Act of 2020. .
