To the extent practicable, grant programs relating to economic development administered by the Department of Health and Human Services, Commissioner of the Administration for Native Americans, or the head of an agency with assets or resources relating to workforce development, may be used to support efforts to provide workforce training related to the creative economy (as defined in section 3 of the Promoting Local Arts and Creative Economy Workforce Act of 2020 ).
