Section 1402 of division B of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 ( 34 U.S.C. 20122 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking disabled individuals each place it appears and inserting individuals with disabilities ; in paragraph (3), by inserting after law enforcement the following: and other first responders ; and in paragraph (8), by striking providing advocacy and intervention services within and inserting to enhance the capacity of ; in subsection (c)(1)(D), by striking disabled individuals and inserting individuals with disabilities ; and in subsection (e), by striking $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $9,900,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029 .
