Section 2265(d)(3) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by striking restraining order or injunction, ; and by adding at the end the following: This publication limitation applies to all protection orders issued by a State, territorial, or Tribal court, as well as protection orders issued by another State, territory, or Tribe. .
