Section 40295 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12341 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(3), by striking women and inserting adults, youth, ; and in subsection (e)(1), by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2021 through 2025 .
