Section 41601 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12511 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(4), by striking 0.25 percent and inserting 0.5 percent ; and in subsection (f)(1), by striking $40,000,000 to remain available until expended for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $60,000,000 to remain available until expended for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 .
