(a)of section 15 of the Central Intelligence Act of 1949 ( 50 U.S.C. 3515(a) ) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting policemen ; and police officers in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B), by striking 500 feet; and inserting 500 yards; ; and in subparagraph (D), by striking 500 feet. and inserting 500 yards. .
