Section 302(b) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9241(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking 104(b)(1)(M). and inserting 104(b)(1)(L); and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: a list of countries that have not repatriated to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea— all nationals of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea earning income in their jurisdictions; and all safety oversight attachés of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea; and for each country on the list required by paragraph (4)— a list of the entities that employ significant numbers of nationals of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea earning income in the jurisdiction of that country; and an assessment of which national or local government agencies and officials are involved in facilitating the work, presence, or authorization for work of nationals of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea earning income in the jurisdiction of the country and of safety oversight attachés of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. .
Section 302(a) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9241(a) ) is amended by striking periodically and inserting every 120 days .
