Sec. 127. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for expenses, including administrative expenses, relating to the prize competition. Members of the Committee and judges appointed under section 125 shall serve without pay, but may be reimbursed for the actual and necessary traveling and subsistence expenses.
