Section 1039(b) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 4701 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting upper mississippi and ohio river basins and tributaries ; mississippi river and tributaries, including sub-basins in subparagraph (A), by striking Upper Mississippi and Ohio River basins and tributaries and inserting Mississippi River and tributaries, including the 6 sub-basins of the River, ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking and the document prepared and all that follows through February 2012. and inserting the Mississippi River Basin Asian Carp Control Strategy Framework, and the Asian Carp Regional Coordinating Committee’s Asian Carp Action Plan. ; and in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking December 31 of each year and inserting December 31, 2020, and biennially thereafter ; and by striking Upper Mississippi and Ohio River basins and tributaries and inserting Mississippi River and tributaries, including the 6 sub-basins of the River ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), by striking Upper Mississippi and Ohio River basins and tributaries and inserting Mississippi River and tributaries, including the 6 sub-basins of the River, ; and in clause (ii), by striking Upper Mississippi and Ohio River basins and tributaries and inserting Mississippi River and tributaries, including the 6 sub-basins of the River .
