Section 1204 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (130 Stat. 1685) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 180 days after the enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 , and not less frequently than annually thereafter until 2025, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the status of the study under subsection (a), on a State-by-State basis, including information on the engagement of the Corps of Engineers with non-Federal interests, including detailed lists of all meetings and decision outcomes associated with those engagements. .
