The Secretary shall expedite the completion of a feasibility study for each of the following projects, and if the Secretary determines that the project is justified in a completed report, may proceed directly to preconstruction planning, engineering, and design of the project: Project for navigation, Florence, Alabama. Project to modify the project for navigation, Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Project for shoreline stabilization, Aunu‘u Harbor, American Samoa.

Merrimack River Basin, Massachusetts. Pascagoula River Basin, Mississippi. Tuscarawas River Basin, Ohio. Lower Fox River Basin, Wisconsin. Upper Fox River Basin and Wolf River Basin, Wisconsin. The Secretary shall expedite the completion of a disposition study, carried out under section 216 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 ( 33 U.S.C. 549a ), for the project for Salinas Reservoir (Santa Margarita Lake), California. The Secretary shall expedite the completion of a study for the reallocation of water supply storage, carried out in accordance with section 301 of the Water Supply Act of 1958 ( 43 U.S.C. 390b ), for the following:
Aquilla Lake, Texas. Lake Whitney, Texas. The Secretary shall expedite the completion of the economic reevaluation report for the navigation and sustainability program carried out pursuant to title VIII of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 652 note).
