The Secretary of Defense shall require that each landlord for a privatized military housing unit— have an electronic work order system for all work orders for maintenance requests relating to such unit; and provide to a tenant of such unit access to such system to, at a minimum, track the status and progress of work orders for maintenance requests relating to such unit.
