(a)of section 213 preceding paragraph
(1)is hereby deemed to read as follows: None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2020 for the Army may be obligated or expended for research, development, test, or evaluation for the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment 2 enduring capability, and the Department may not otherwise engage in the research, development, test, or evaluation on such capability, until the Secretary of the Army submits to the congressional defense committees a report on the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment 2 program that contains the following: .
