Sec. 1605. Assignment of personnel to the National Reconnaissance Office for mission needs

Effective as of the date of the enactment of this Act, military and civilian personnel of the United States Space Force under section 9063 of title 10, United States Code (as added by section 1604(b) of this Act), shall be the primary source of military and civilian personnel of the Department of the Air Force who may be assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office. Subject to the authority, direction, and control of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Commander of the United States Space Force shall be responsible for the assignment of military and civilian personnel of the United States Space Force to the National Reconnaissance Office.
