Sec. 713. Study and report with respect to impact of programs on low- and moderate-income and minority communities

The Secretary of the Treasury shall conduct a study of the impact of the programs established under this title or any amendment made by this title on low- and moderate-income and minority communities. Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the results of the study conducted pursuant to subsection (a), which shall include, to the extent possible, the results of the study disaggregated by ethnic group. Eligible institutions that participate in any of the programs described in subsection
(a)shall provide the Secretary of the Treasury with such information as the Secretary may require to carry out the study required by this section.
