The Interagency Task Force shall meet at least on an annual basis until the date on which the Task Force is terminated to evaluate the activities being carried out by each State receiving a grant grantees under this Act and impact of those activities on employers, incumbent workers, and job-seekers, including the effectiveness of such activities— in keeping workers employed in high-quality jobs; helping workers transition smoothly to high-quality in-demand jobs during economic disruption; improving firm resiliency during economic disruption; and expanding the number of jobs available in high-quality in-demand industry sectors and occupations.
