The Secretaries shall appoint the following individuals to serve as members of the Task Force: The Secretary of Labor. The Administrator of the Economic Development Administration of the Department of Commerce. The Administrator of the Small Business Administration. The Director of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund. The Administrator of the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education of the Department of Education. The Administrator of the Office of Postsecondary Education at the Department of Education. A representative from the Employment and Training Administration.
