None of the funds provided by this Act may be used by the Federal Trade Commission or the Federal Communications Commission to consider taking action, or to take any action, consistent with Executive Order 13925 of May 28, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg. 34079), or to seek comment on or otherwise take action on any petition for rulemaking filed pursuant to such Executive order, or to interpret section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in the manner described in section 2 of such Executive order.
