None of the funds made available in this or any other Act may be used by the Office of Personnel Management to enter into interagency or service- level agreements with the General Services Administration or the Office of Management and Budget exceeding $100,000 in total unless, not later than 15 days before the date any such agreement that would breach the $100,000 limitation is proposed to be entered into, written notice describing the agreement is provided to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
