None of the funds made available in this Act or any other Act may be used by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to share information provided by unaccompanied alien children (as defined in section 462(g)(2) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 279(g)(2) )) during mental health or therapeutic services with the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Justice for immigration enforcement.
