None of the funds made available in this or any prior appropriations Act may be used to implement or enforce the Memorandum of Agreement Among the Office of Refugee Resettlement of the Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security Regarding Consultation and Information Sharing in Unaccompanied Alien Children Matters, dated April 13, 2018. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit or restrict the continued implementation of interagency agreements or coordination of policy memoranda issued prior to April 13, 2018.
