The Secretary of Energy shall, in consultation with the Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and Veterans Affairs, develop an inter-agency collaboration effort to increase cross-participation in the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program, the Department of Health and Human Services Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the HUD Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
