The heads of agencies funded under this title shall submit a monthly report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate detailing the allocation, obligation, and expenditures of these funds, including new projects selected to be initiated with funds provided in this title, beginning not later than 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
