Section 103 of title 11, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding sections 365, 1113, or 1114, neither the court nor the trustee may change the wages, working conditions, or retirement benefits of an employee or a retiree of the debtor established by a collective bargaining agreement that is subject to the Railway Labor Act ( 45 U.S.C. 151 et seq.), except in accordance with section 6 of that Act ( 45 U.S.C. 156 ). .
