Sec. 170303. Applicability of Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to sovereign Tribal employers

The receipt of any funds through a grant under section 104, or any funds under title II, by a sovereign Tribal employer, as defined in section 101(12), shall not expand, constrict, or alter the application of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ( 29 U.S.C. 201 et seq.) to such sovereign Tribal employer.
