Section 408(a) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1884(a) ) is amended— by striking federal and inserting Federal ; by striking subject to the availability of appropriations, ; and by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this title $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025, which may remain available until expended. . The table of contents in the first section of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1881 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end of the items relating to title IV the following:
