Title IV of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1881 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: In preparing stock assessments under this Act, the Secretary shall, to the extent practicable, place emphasis on such assessments for economically important fisheries associated with coral reefs. .
