Section 209 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6408 ) is amended— by amending subsection
(a)to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Commerce to carry out this title the following amounts, which shall remain available until expended: $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2022. $42,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. $44,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. $45,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. ; in subsection (b), by striking $1,000,000 and inserting $2,000,000 ; by amending subsection
(c)to read as follows: From the amounts appropriated under subsection
(a)for a fiscal year, there shall be made available to the Secretary of Commerce not less than $14,000,000 for the coral reef conservation grant program under section 204. ; and by amending subsection
(d)to read as follows: From the amounts appropriated under subsection
(a)for a fiscal year, there shall be made available to the Secretary of Commerce not less than $16,000,000 for activities conducted under section 207. .
