Section 2533c of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking material melted and inserting material mined, refined, separated, melted, ; and in subsection (c)(3)(A)(i), by striking tungsten and inserting covered material . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
