Weapon Systems Development and Related Matters . Part V of subtitle A of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 801 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is amended by inserting before subpart G the following new subpart: Sec. 4201.
