Chapter 81 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: For purposes of the demonstration project authorized by section 1762 of this title, the Secretary of Defense may apply the provisions of such section, including any regulations, procedures, waivers, or guidance implementing such section, to employees of the Department of the Air Force assigned to acquisition positions within the Space Force. . The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following new item: 1599i.
