Section 6071(h)(1) of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a note) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; and by striking subparagraph
(G)and inserting the following: $450,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $75,206,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020. . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–94 ).
