Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking For the period beginning May 23, 2020, and ending September 30, 2020, and for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 and inserting For the period beginning December 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2021, and for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2025 ; and in clause (ii)— in subclause (I), by striking for the period beginning May 23, 2020, and ending September 30, 2020 and inserting for the period beginning December 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2021 ; and in subclause (II), by striking for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2025 .
