The first proviso under the heading Millennium Challenge Corporation in title III of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020 (division G of Public Law 116–94 ) is amended by striking $105,000,000 and inserting in lieu thereof $107,000,000 .
