The matter under the heading Emergencies in the Diplomatic and Consular Service in title I of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020 (division G of Public Law 116–94 ) is amended by striking $1,000,000 and inserting in lieu thereof $5,000,000 .
