Section 7064(a) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020 (division G of Public Law 116–94 ), is amended by striking $100,000,000 and inserting in lieu thereof $110,000,000 , and by adding before the period at the end the following : . , That no amounts may be used that were designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to the Concurrent Resolution on the Budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 Provided
