Funds appropriated by this title under the headings Diplomatic Programs , Operating Expenses , and Peace Corps may be used to reimburse such accounts administered by the Department of State, the United States Agency for International Development, and the Peace Corps for obligations incurred to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus prior to the date of enactment of this Act.
